Here we have a more detailed description of how to perform the Pelvic List. This is a fantastic exercise and one you would do well to incorporate into your daily routine. It develops what I call your "walking muscles" and so will help with balance, and knee health as well as making your walking more efficient so that you fatigue less quickly.
